There are several ways you can visit our office and these are entirely tailored around your needs and circumstances.

We have never adopted the “Inspection tour” criteria of some of the larger companies as we don’t feel it gives people enough freedom or time alone to consider and educated decision.

It also eliminates the thing we hate the most, the “hard sell”.

If you already live in Spain and wish to call into our office please call us and we will be happy to arrange a convenient time to meet and discuss your requirements.

If you are looking to visit from your Home country we can tailor a trip for you depending on your needs.

If you wish us to arrange flight times, airport transfers and accommodation then by all means we can arrange a whole package for you.

If you purely wish to visit us under your own arrangements then again this is no problem.

What we try to avoid are trips where we follow you around without giving you any free time, this enables you to become comfortable with your new surroundings and gain and unbiased opinion from the people who have settled here and are enjoying the lifestyle that you are seeking, this after all is the whole idea of your visit, to become acquainted with the area.

We have also found that if we do not finance your trip up front that you will not feel both obligated and pressured to make decisions that generally you would not make.

We are in the business of making the experience both comfortable and enjoyable.

Of course to find the perfect property takes time and in our experience trips of at least 5 days seem to be the most agreeable.

If you wish to look at solely resale, new or a mixture of both we let you control the criteria rather than forcing you to view property you have no interest in.

If you do find a property that you wish to purchase through us we will refund 100% of your costs as a goodwill gesture.
